Induction

Titanobel is aware that it is important to welcome its new employees properly and has set up an induction program with a common base, including an interview with the Human Resources Department and introductory safety sessions in particular. An individual career path is then defined and monitored.
An induction assessment is carried out after 4 to 6 months to ensure that new employees are comfortable with their new duties.

Training

Training for our employees aimed at improving their knowledge and expertise on an ongoing basis, is a major part of our commitment. A substantial budget is devoted every year to professional training.
We want our employees to develop their skills throughout their careers in the Group, in line with the specific features of our trades as well as depending on what they want in terms of in-house and external training.

Development

We offer our employees professional development opportunities through the diversity of available opportunities combined with adapted training programs.
Every employee has an interview with his or her manager at set intervals. During these sessions, which offer a privileged opportunity for the employee and manager to exchange views, development and training needs are discussed.
Employees also have access to our Human Resources Division to discuss and seek advice about his or her career path. All employees play an integral part in the development and monitoring of their career paths.

Mobility

Geographical mobility in France or abroad, temporary or long-term, is encouraged and managed via in-house procedures. All employees are routinely informed of opportunities abroad.
