LCEM

LCEM is the Titanobel laboratory located at Pontailler-sur-Saône (Côte-d’Or - France). LCEM’s customers include public works sites, on-site drilling and blasting operations in both mining and quarrying applications.

3D Layout3D LayoutThe laboratory provides checking, calibration, and maintenance services as well as after-sales service for all electronic mining support instruments which are offered by Titanobel.

LCEM can also be deployed to drilling and blasting sites at the request of the Titanobel SASU distribution network to demonstrate and commission the latest instruments available for blast design, and blast monitoring.
LCEM is closely monitored as part of Titanobel’s ISO 9001: 2008 certification. This ensures that the equipment is accurate, operated by trained and qualified personnel, and provides optimal feedback to the customer for value added inputs in respect of all their drilling and blasting activities.

For vibration and airblast monitoring, the customer-focused LCEM, follows a stringent seismograph calibration procedure combined with high-quality fault processing that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard. Titanobel uses Nomis seismograph equipment and all calibration methods comply with the specifications as stipulated by the supplier.

The LCEM also provides monitoring and annual inspection of shot firing systems in accordance with the requirements of INERIS (the French National Institute for Industrial Environment and Risks) and the approval orders for each device.

These checks are carried out either at our Pontailler-sur-Saône laboratory or at local level (projected movements schedule below) which improves availability of the equipment for application at the customer’s site.
The LCEM also provides full maintenance of all blast monitoring equipment.
